Information about our company

Our company is the licensed operator of Sun Bingo.

We are licensed and supervised by the UK Gambling Commission, operating under an online gambling licence currently in force. That authorisation lets us provide interactive chance-based games through the Website (defined below) (the "Services").

Throughout these Terms, references to tonybray.co.uk, "we," "us," or "our" mean the licensed operator of Sun Bingo.

The agreement between us

Opening and verifying an account

You must not open or keep more than one account to use the Services.

If you are a politically exposed person ("PEP"), the head of an international organisation ("HIO"), or a family member or close associate of one (a "PEP/HIO Related Person"), you may not register or hold an account, and you must notify us at once of any change.

We may limit accounts to one per person, household, address, email, phone, IP, payment method, e-wallet, device, computer, or app instance. We are not obliged to lift these limits, though we may consider genuine requests on a case-by-case basis. Please contact customer support for assistance.

If we decide, at our discretion, that you hold several accounts in breach of these Terms, we may limit, suspend, or close them, hold back any related winnings, and apply administrative charges.

Keep your personal details current; if you do not, Services such as timely deposits and withdrawals may be affected. Update them in the account area of the Website or by contacting support.

Moving funds between tonybray.co.uk accounts, whether directly or indirectly, is not allowed.

You agree that we may carry out the checks we need on identity, credit, fraud, and similar matters, as required by law or our regulators. Supply the information we ask for; we may suspend or restrict your account until we are satisfied.

Restricted regions

Access to our Website or Services is not confirmation that they are lawful where you are; we make no representations about that.

At our discretion, we may block access from certain places (the "Restricted Territories"). We use technology to prevent access from Restricted Territories. We are not responsible for losses arising from attempts to get around these measures, and you agree to indemnify us.

Any deposits made from Restricted Territories are forfeited.

Keeping your account secure

You are responsible for the security of your device and for all activity on your account.

Deposits, funding, and withdrawals

To use the Services, add real money to your account using the methods shown on the Website. The deposit options listed are examples only; availability varies, and we may change them at any time.

Deposits may be subject to limits set by the method, your history, your own limits, or our discretion. Funds are credited once received.

We keep customer funds separate from our operating money, but we provide no protection in the event of insolvency. Accounts are not bank accounts; there is no insurance, protection, or interest.

Use only payment methods that belong to you; breaching this invalidates the deposit and voids any winnings.

We verify the source of funds under our AML policies; supply the information promptly or risk suspension or termination.

There are no withdrawal fees where the deposit has been wagered at least once; otherwise we may pass on processing costs.

We may delay or cancel a withdrawal for checks or where something looks irregular. Withdrawals default to the deposit methods on a first-in, first-out basis; other methods need supporting proof.

Wagering and fair play

Bets are limited to your account balance or the limits in the Game Rules; we set the minimum and maximum, which are shown before you bet.

You accept the risk of losing; you are solely responsible, and you have no claim against us or our group.

Games come from trusted providers and are certified fair by independent labs for RNG and RTP. We have no control over the games’ technology and are not liable for bugs or errors that depart from normal behaviour.

Bonuses and rewards

We may add bonuses for particular Services, subject to extra terms. Accepting one brings restrictions such as play-through. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the conditions are met, and apply once unless stated otherwise.

Use any bonus within 7 days or lose it.

Playing responsibly

Changes we may make

How we handle disputes

Raise any complaint with support promptly; it is escalated and resolved within 90 days. We send communications to your registered email. Our server records are final in any dispute.

Our liability to you

The Services are provided "as is", with no warranties of any kind, express or implied (including merchantability, fitness, non-infringement, error-free or secure operation). They may be unavailable at times; we accept no liability for lost profit, lost business, interruptions, or missed opportunities.

Intellectual property

We own or licence all intellectual property in the Services and the Website (copyrights, patents, trademarks, code, and so on). No rights are granted except as stated. Content is for your personal use; you may not distribute or reproduce it without our consent.

Use of your data

Your personal information is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.

Other important terms

We may assign our rights; we will notify you and keep any impact to a minimum. Your rights cannot be transferred without our consent or a court order. If a provision is invalid, the rest stand. Any delay by us is not a waiver.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is licensed, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction. Any non-English versions are provided for convenience; the English text prevails.
